John Stevens was my teacher at University of Wisconsin- Madison. His music is always influenced by jazz. He was a freelance musician in New York city and , I think, wrote some commercial music too. I will try to post his tuba quartet too. It was written in the 1970's and has a unique sound.

Thanks for the track, John. I like the combination of ambient and big band-like sound. Ambient brass is something new to me.
